If you are interested in dining like kings of as the name suggests like Maharajas, you should definitely visit this place, it is one of the finest restaurants I have ever visited. The hospitality of maharaja bhog has always been at great, they wish when you come show you your table, the staff pretty well mannered. They have 365 day 365 menus, so can't be specific about the food, but a ton of my friend have been there and all had a good time. They take only a few minutes to fill your plate will all the food, they are so fast that you just blink your eyes and the food is there ?. The food was tasty no doubt at all. It doesn't take you to call anyone as the come frequently. It was totally a royal experience.

This place is an authentic Rajasthani cuisine place where you can have unlimited food in the form of huge thalis and all the rajasthani cultural adequates. The interior as well as the entrance is beautifull designed in the rajasthanis culture with beautifull decorative artifact and adequate lighting to make the ambience lit and apealing .... Coming to the welcome part the offer you welcome drink that was really sweet and tasty .. then a person comes by to offer you a hand wash with warm and cozy water while carring a utensil to wash them in.... The portion and size of the thalis are so damn huge and they almost carry 6 to 7 small bowls in which variety of curries and sweet dishes. The also provide various chutnies, salad and dals with steamed rice in the end. Theres also an option of dal khichadi rajasthani style which is really great in taste...??? The overall ambience and food is really great for pure vegiterain people who like to eat authentic and purely indian style food..... Its specially best for jain people who are pure vegiterians and the also take care of whether jain people eat onions and other foods.

Padharo Mhare Desh Re! This is a slogan you can find in all nooks and corners of both urban and rural Rajasthan- signalling the unflinching hospitality of North Western India. Maharajabhogpune is located in Pavillion mall Pune and part of the Maharajabhog group with outlets in USA and UAE , the brainchild of the visionary Mr Ashish Maheshwari, MD of the Maharajabhog group. I had the good fortune of visiting their Al Karama outlet in Dubai in 2019 and was floored by their hospitality during that time and this outlet is quite popular even among the Emiratti-Arab locals, who are hardcore meat eaters. The Pune outlet dishes out the finest in Indian Vegetarian cuisine thali and I must say I am impressed again! I can substantiate that this is one of the finest Vegetarian Thali places in India. MaharajaBhog is the place where the epicurean delights of Indian Households of Rajasthan and Gujarat, preserved, practiced and perfected over the centuries, comes to town. Perched on the second floor of the mostΒ  inviting Mall in Pune- The Pavillion Mall, Senapati Bapat Road, is this leviathan of aΒ  eatery which specialises in Rajasthani cum Gujarati thali- dishing out gastronomic veggie wonders of the North Western India. They have their own unique style of service starting from the ceremonial Gau Sewa to the customary hand wash, sherbet drink, chaas or even the Royal throne where you can wear a Royal Turban and enthrone in a Rajwada style. Staff is super courteous, efficient and quick, exactly like the snap of the fingers they use to communicate with each other as a sign language. Interiors and ambience are artistic with accoutrements of Rural and Royal Rajasthan/ Gujarat splendidly adorning the wall and tables, the prelude and cue to us about what is in the offing and we just couldn't wait for the grubs to arrive. They have a bill of fare with varying dishes each day of the week and a display thali is kept at the entrance, which we found very alluring and the gastric juices are already flowing, I guess. The starters are called Farsan and they dish out sandwich dhokla, Dal dhokli and Green Peas Ghughra, enticingly warm and fresh. The dal dhokli is made with apple and dhokli, is sweet yet savoury and very flavourful. It’s an all you can eat place so if you want another helping then they will be more than happy to oblige. The mains in Vegetables:- Paneer mix veg with peas (very tasty curry), a potato dish(very appealing) called aloo tomato rassawala, Kathiawadi Undiyo- a Gujarati curry with undhiyos(this one stole my heart), mix kathol hariyali- another dish with kidney beans and black gram prepared in a paste of spinach(probably the star dish of the evening and I just loved its taste which is so smooth on the palate), dals( sweet and savoury), and a kadhi(sweet and savoury). In dal and kadhi the Gujarati ones are sweet and the Rajasthani ones are savoury. In flatbreads, try the Cocktail puris- which are really crisp, Makai Rotla and the humble phulkas with butter and a dash of jaggery(gur). There are two different types of rice to compliment to include a khichadi and a plain white rice and my better half went gaga over the khichadi. However, due to space constraints in the tummy caused by excessive intake of cocktail puris, I was so full- to the brim and had to leave a thimblefull space for the desserts. Desserts- Dry fruit Khiran, a kind if kheer with nuts and Gond Paak Halwa- a Gujarati sweet mafe with gunder paak, nuts and lots and lots of ghee. Dear Punekars, this definitely is a enticing place place to try out a sumptuous meal with a wide variety of dals, veggies and an amalgam of different flavours with lightning service. **Special thanx to the team behind the curtains-Β  Teamashishmaheshwari. I will also fail in my words if I dont thank the wonderful staff in the outlet, each one of them! - Mr Hukum Singh and Mr Sujit Choudhary, Mala Ram, Ankit, Puneet, Ajay Kumar, Abhishek, Mahesh Kumar, Bablu, Ashok Kumar, Tinku- Thank you guys.. you were wonderful!! I hope I haven't missed out anyone!

Maharaja Bhog is a well-known chain of Rajasthani themed restaurant in Mumbai and Pune. Pavilion mall is the location for Pune. The ambience is quite epic means the roof structure, wall arts and decoration gives a royal feeling of any Maharaja's Palace from Rajasthan. Though I didn't find out the sittings were royal enough but they were good. The staff was attentive and greeted us nicely at the entrance. Also the ΰ€—ΰ₯‹ - ΰ€¦ΰ€Ύΰ€¨ (Donation for Cow) was done nicely. Going to Maharaja Bhog it means having a Royal Treatment as well. So things started from handwash which was done at your place by the team so you don't have to leave your seats till the end. The thali starts with 3 types of chutneys, lemon slice, 2 Farsaan items which were Sandwich Dhokla and Aloo tikki 4 types of subjis : Bhendi masala, Paneer mix veg, aloo masala, Moong 2 types of dal : Spicy Dal and Kadhi 2 types of sweets : Shrikhand and Dry fruit Moong Dal Halwa Phulka Rotla with butter and Gudh Poori 2 types of rice : Plain rice with dal and Dal khichdi. Kesar - Chandan sharbat Masala Buttermilk All these items are unlimited for β‚Ή549+ taxes. If you are visiting this restaurant on Tuesday's then the price is β‚Ή399+ taxes. To be honest the food was good but could be best. Buttermilk was bit sour which was giving a sign that it was about to expire. But the Captain took an immediate action on it and serves us a freshly made buttermilk. Sandwich dhokla was not upto the mark. Subjis were good in taste and paired with the thin phulka with ghee. Dal was really good in taste but at the same time kadhi turns me towards disappointment. Bit watery and taste was weird as compared to my previous experience with many food joints who serves Rajasthani/Gujarathi food. Talking about sweets then the Shrikhand was fresh and nice in taste. About Dry Fruit Moong Dal Halwa then it was Delicious. I would love to suggest the management to make some changes in the service. I had to called 2-3 times for the item I needed or had to wait for it although there was no rush at all. Key area for focus is the serving of food, most of the time servers end up spilling the food items in rest of the food items present in the thali. Rest of the things are fine. After the heavy meal they end up by offering you paan. As I am a fan of Rajasthani/Gujarathi food, here what I found was the WOW factor from the food was missing somewhere. Talking about value for money then I personally feel that it is bit overpriced. Overall was experience was nice. Thank you founder and managing director Ashish Maheshwari sir for inviting us and hosting the Royal Meal. . . - β‚Ήahul Moβ‚Ήe.

Maharaja Bhog offers a royal and premium dining experience. The outlet has 2 seating spaces, outdoor offers a heritage and cultural look and seating while the Indoor seating is brightly lit having grand sofa tables and walls thoughtfully decorated with glass framed raw spices and other furnishings. The overall aesthetics are really gorgeous. The Bronze Thali gives a traditional dining feel. The feast started with Chandan Sharbat followed with numerous items from the day's menu which included Khapoly Vada, bite sized sandwich dhokla, and special Rasam Kachori along with gravies like Palak Paneer, Matar Muthiya, Aloo Patal Bhaji, Dudhi Punjabi and Rajasthani Dal and Kadhi. They served it with Beetroot Puri, Phulka and Mix Rotla and other accompaniments. In sweets we had Shreekhand and Moong Dal Halwa. They also serve Khichdi and Rice, but I couldn't try them as I was already stuffed. Everything tasted great, with the best ones being Matar Muthiya ki Sabzi, Beetroot Puri and Moong Dal Halwa. Masala Chhaas was a great way to end the course to aid digestion after all this heavy meal. The staff behaviour was really nice and service was also good, although had some scope of improvement. Overall this place is definitely worth a visit to get yourself royally pampered. Thank you so much Founder and Managing Director, Ashish Maheshwari Sir for inviting and hosting us for this royal meal.

Super yummy food to satisfy your tastebuds! They serve the food in bronze thali. Not just ambience but service is also superb! Very courteous! Pleasent lighting and clean tables! You can just sit back relax and enjoy the delicious food served to you! Generally the places that serve thalis have food with same taste but found this an exception. They also have takeaway option which is really good. Really good food! Worth visiting!
