★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recent addition to the Pune culinary landscape, Millhouse: Cafe & Bistro has opened doors at the Pavillion Mall on SB Road.
A wonderful ambiance reminiscent of the mills of yore, the walls and ceiling are naked concrete with frames and artefacts adorning it. Definitely oozing positive vibes, like an oasis of calm in the middle of a bustling mall.
I had a good experience of the place, when I visited them recently with friends.
Mocktails
The Watermelon Lime Aqua [Rs. 215] had chunky watermelon pulp, and juice and topped with citrusy lime. This is a Millhouse signature, while the Blueberry Moscow Mule [Rs. 250] is their virgin take on the classic cocktail, made with a dash of blueberry.
Starters
The Jalapeno Cottage Cheese Poppers [Rs. 300] were crispy, fried, cheesy dynamites of goodness however the taste of the chili felt missing.
The Crispy Chicken Tenders [Rs. 385] were crunchy outside, juicy and spicy on the inside while the Plum Chili Chicken Wings [Rs. 385] was a wonderful combination of sweet and spicy in the same dish. Loved the subtle hit of plum in the dish.
Salads
The Oriental Sesame Chicken Salad [Rs. 350] had pulled chicken chunks tossed with cucumber, onions, roasted peanuts and lettuce in a sesame lime dressing. The blend of different distinct flavors in every bite was a wonderful experience.
Pizza
The Chicken Two Ways [Rs. 430] pizza had toppings of roasted chicken, and chicken sausage with grilled onions and roasted garlic for company. While the toppings were flavorsome, the base could've been crispier.
Mains
The Roast Chicken Lasagna [Rs. 495] had home-made pasta layered with creamy béchamel & tomato concasse, and slow baked to perfection. The preparation and taste, both on point.
Millhouse may have been a recent addition to Pavillion's culinary index however has already gained popularity as an apt place for dining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not Millhouse... It's a restaurant by the name of Yummy Sizzlers.. we if that is not misleading enough.. you are in for more.
Ask them . Do you serve alcohol ?
Ans - Yes
Reality - Comes from the next door Bombay Brewing Company. . (Somthings not right here...)
Now comes the highlight.
Enjoy some sizzling COCKROACHES with the sizzler of your choice.They are right there in your sizzler plate.
And when you show them.. they Quiz you like you placed the cockroaches there..
If you really want to spoil somebody's lunch or dinner or irritate someone out of his wits.. do visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady waitress from this restaurant misguided us. She is just here to make business. Didn't gave genuine advice before ordering the food. Quantity for small sizzler is so much that 2 people can eat fully and after seeing the quantity we wanted to cancel the next order but she didn't, which resulted in wastage of food and money as well.

This place is a must visit !
The ambience, live music and everything is just great. The old school chicken tikka sizzler is absolutely a master piece. Chicken was fresh, soft and tender. Millhouse by YummyQ Italian Sizzler is an amazing place for friends and family. This is at 2nd floor of Pavillion Mall, SB road. Do visit and try out the sizzlers.

Sometimes the drinks are not available, sometimes they don’t have certain dishes with no way to know you have to ask for each item, there is no menu for starters and the waiter has to speak it out. The food is nice but the random and unreliable experience spoils it.

Go and try the barbeque chicken sizzlers it is the must and in paneer the barbeque paneer sizzlers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nameboard and menu are two different brands... And when they serve the draft beer it comes from another brand. But I guess they are all owned by the same people and are right next to the other. We actually wanted to go for the traditional thali next door but because of the crowd. We ended up here because they had seats... And we are glad we did. We ordered some sizzlers and found them to be very good. Hot, tasty and just the right quantity (they have a choice of large and small).
