They also provide services like zumba, bollywood dance, yoga batches included in the gym membership plan.
The trainers a really supportive and well behaved. Most of all it quiet safe and healty for women as the crowd is really aligant and of high standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious gym, good songs, excellent trainers who are actually fit themselves. Most gyms I had joined before had burly trainers with protruding stomachs themselves. They pay attention to you even if not on PT subscription. Good side activities too. Liked it.
