★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an old housing complex, but the location near the hills makes it a quaint and scenic place. Good residents and a friendly atmosphere makes for a good living. Stayed there for about 2 years between 2009 to 2011.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best housing societies in Mulund to live in. Good crowd and decent maintenance charges. Bus stop and rickshaw stand outside gate 1 and 2 mins from gate 2. Buses to station in every 5mins, to Mahim in 20-30mins and Chandivali (Powai) in 30mins. Nirmal Lifestyle is 5mins away by vehicle, 15-20 mins from Mulund-Nahur-Bhandup Station. Easy to connect to New Mumbai, Airoli is 20 mins away. Schools and hospitals at 2-20mins distance. One market outside the gate and the others at walkable distance. Groceries, Fruits and Veggies, Fish and chicken are delivered at home.
