★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last 4 weeks we´ve been travelling around the beautiful country of India. Because a dutch friend of us already knew Highland Travels we knew it was a safe and good travel agency. We heard a lot of good things from our friend and everything turned out to be as good as we were expecting. They took care of every little thing to gave us a holiday we could never forget.
We´ve been in the Himalaya´s for 2 weeks and after that we went to Delhi, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Pushkar, Jaipur, Agra and Varanasi.
Overall Highland travels gave us a really relaxed holiday in the very bussy country.
We are very happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last July I travelled to India and decided to hire Highlands Travel services to take me and my friend around Delhi, Agra and a few cities in Rajasthan for 10 days. This travel agent came as a recommendation from a family member who had gone to India earlier. They're quite prompt in replying emails and whatsapp, answering my queries and providing booking details of my trip during the planning period. It took us a few rounds of itinerary modifications to suit a personalised tour which included an excursion to a requested site (chandki bawri).
The cost of the overall tour which includes hotel stays, airport pickups, driver and transportation (AC sedan car) misc costs and two guided tours in Jaipur (which I enjoyed) and Agra (slight glitch where guide turned up late) is affordable and not as expensive as other tour agents that I looked at.
The 10days trip went on well without any major glitch except for when we are caught off guard right in the middle of the time when India starts implementing GST where one hotel asked for extra charges to due to this change.
Mr Noor and Mr Nehru are very helpful and friendly people. We are overwhelmed by the hospitality showed by Mr Noor who invited us to have homecooked briyani for lunch. They also kept in touch with me during our travels to make sure we are doing alright. Our driver, Mr Mustafa, with whom we spent most of our travels with (and end up calling him our uncle at the end of the trip), is a good driver and guide where he shares his various interesting stories to keep us company during the long drive. I think it's his years of experience as a tourist driver that he knows where all the good, cheap and clean food establishments are, so that we don't catch the infamous 'delhi-belly'. (Although I like to warn that whatever street food consume is at your own risk though).

TL,DR version: This tour agent is highly recommended. They are reliable and the tour charges are reasonable. The tour operator and the driver are very friendly, helpful, quite flexible and very easy to get along with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic experience with this travel company. By using an Indian company instead of a British one not only do you save money but also adding to their economy.
We were greeted from the airport and our tour was so personalised. I gave them the brief of seeing the religious places and that was what I got. Nothing was too adventurous for us to do. Including flying from Birmingham to new Delhi and back we did 15000 miles on 12 days. Drivers in the main were great and really looked after us. I would book again and 100% recommend them. We travelled April 2017.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I recently went to India on our honeymoon. They were extremely helpful in helping us plan and shape our trip to our liking before we even got there and as our timing changed they were very accommodating.
We started our trip with a 7 day tour through Highland Travels and it was everything we could have asked for and more. We were greeted at the airport and taken to our hotel on the first night which made it a really smooth start to the trip. The next day we went to meet Mr. Noor the owner of Highland Travels and he gave us some delicious tea and shared with us a wonderful recipe for a tea from where he is from in India, we have been enjoying making it ever since we got back! That day we started our tour of Delhi and saw so many beautiful sights. The next day we went to Jaipur then from there Ranthambore Park where we saw a wild Tiger! Then we were taken to Agra to see the beautiful Taj Mahal with an excellent tour guide and then taken back to Delhi to finish off the trip. Our drive Naginder was absolutely amazing! The driving in India is nothing like Canada and I would not have felt comfortable driving myself. Naginder did an incredible job getting us from place to place in a timely manner and always making sure we were comfortable and having a wonderful time.
We couldn't speak more highly about Highland Travels they gave us a great experience at a very reasonable price. Everyone at the company had our best interests at heart and wanted us to have a great experience and we did! If you can book through Highland Travels I would recommend it :)
