1. The colony comprising of 25-30 households has no entry-exit route ! All passages are disputed & stand blocked.
2. At max. 2 wheelers could be manoeuvred with extreme care through muddy, congested lanes as most residents have encroached over to the sub-roads.
3. Highly radical atmosphere : Not an ideal place for growing children, under-treatment patients & elderly people as tenants in the colony include rowdy, loud, alcoholic sweepers & labourers often engaged in brawls & rants out in the open.
4. Safety concerns : Electric cables hang dangerously low & lanes become shin-deep submerged during rains.
