I have visited Manali last year. I have taken taxi service through your office to visit Rohtang Pass and other places for 2 days. I had very nice experience, my taxi owner Mr. Manohar was very nice and cooperative person.
But on the other hand when i took a taxi from Manali to Delhi through your office unfortunately i got Mr. R.N Pandit very bad experience with this person. It was June month and when we reached Chandigarh then very hot summer waves started. That person did not switched ON AC till Delhi. He had breakfast & launch on our expense. all the way he was parsing himself i am trained person, I have experience of driving in Germany. He was driving very bad and we had accident near karnal.
when we reached our home at Noida then he started fighting for extra money (against 8500INR decided at union office he took 9500 rupees. Later on i cam to know he had to bring back his wife from Delhi so he took this deal to make money and complete his personal work.
i request you kindly control such people as they are diminishing taxi union image & Manali people name as well.
i had very pathetic experience because of this person RN Pandit and since he drove car with windows open from Chandigarh to Delhi due to heat waves my wife got sick for 6~7 days.
Please stop such bad people and keep them away otherwise he will keep on creating trouble for others.

But the Union management are not trust worthy. Be careful while taking the booking receipt, they communicate something else and put something else.So be cautious
