★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very customer friendly and supportive. Went on a 3 day trip with in Manali and Kullu, his driving is professional and has a deeper understanding in Kullu/Manali areas. Bitu Thakur understands the customers so well and helps in anyway possible. We had a problem in return journey as our bus got cancelled, he stayed with us and helped to get into a return bus. If you are visiting Manali for first time, I strongly recommend you to consult him for the best planning ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired the taxi services from Bittu Bhaiya with Ref. for 5-6 days during our Manali-Spiti-Khaza trip. The vehicle provided was a good one and our guide cum pilot was very helpful and a reliable person even he guided us lot during the journey and we feel comfort to leave our kid alone during the paragliding.
