They do not deserve a single star. I am still sitting in the bus. It’s 10:40 AM and we are still in Mandi
Bus was scheduled to leave at 6:30 and it started after 8 PM. Bus in very bad shape. Narrow seats no leg space. Ac is ineffective. Driver was very rough at the same time very slow. I don’t think he has ever driven bus in Himachal. There is no diesel in bus and we are coming back towards Delhi side. I just wasted my money (over 1800 for this garbage bus)
It’s not punctual, not safe and not at all recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally fraud service from this agency. Got totally irritated in my journey and most importantly its not safe to travel with family in the bus provided by this agency, firstly they will show you very good pictures of the buses and facilities but in reality they don’t even have their own buses they will just help you to board in some other bus which will be totally unhygienic accidental or having many issues and after boarding if something happens or you got a problem then they will switch off their phone and just flew away for at-least 10 hours. Never travel with this agency.
