★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting. They do not take responsibility of their own product. Obvious reason- poor quality product and craftsmanship. My glass was delivered with the lenses popped out. When asked to correct, they pushed them backed and I did not notice the difference. This was in Jan 2018. When I opened to use them they again popped out and not usable. When I showed them, they asked me to pay for the l ens again! Imagine- I did not use the glass even for once, and they ask me to pay for the defective glass within one year again. Grossly responsible seller. I will never buy from them again and will never recommend them. Better buy from reputed sellers who owns responsibility of their product. There are plenty.

I had purchased a spectacle - brand Garrett Leight, California - and noticed some issues around two years after its purchase.
Inspite of Covid-19 pandemic, the team leader Mr. Mahendra Jhawar took up the matter promptly and extending his commitment to ensure replacement of the frame!
The promptness and everlasting support service of he and his team is commendable! ??

The store manager Miss Alka is very efficient and takes utmost care of the customers be it before or after sales.Would definitely recommend Himalaya Camac St to anyone who wants to buy a new pair of specs or lenses as they have all the brands under one roof and I guess the best collection in town.

The sales people are all very helpful and extremely polite. I am particularly impressed with Mahendra ji, with whom I have been interacting for the past so many years. The truth is, that I will never go to any other place for my requirements of spectacles for my entire family. In fact, some of my very close friends are also customers here, and we always feel very welcome and very comfortable to pay a visit to the Camac Street show room. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pair of glasses in a jiffy on 12th July during the evening hours and I wanted them delivered next day morning before 11:30 am at my hotel. I was attended by Moumi, she was honest enough to not sell me an expensive pair compared to what looked better on me or not sell me lenses that I didn't need, which is really commendable for a sales personnel, understanding what the customer really needs.
The next day my glasses were not delivered at the hotel in time and I left for the airport. I spoke to the store incharge Alka, complained how disappointed I am about the incident and how difficult it would be for me to get the glasses later as I was travelling back to Europe. She went out of her way and ensured that my glasses were delivered to me inside the airport, that too at my boarding gate. Exceptional service by the team and thanks again to Alka, Rahul and Moumi for the wonderful experience.
