★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard that this Gas godown was seized before for approx 1 year due to corruption, bad services & lots of consumer complaints.
After passing some time, I faced the same issue again. Here, the weekly off day is Monday. On Sunday, when many consumers stood in queue waiting for the refill cylinder, the manager asked them to come again on Tuesday (the day after weekly off).
The consumers did the same as he told them. But on Tuesday, they got to Know that a truck with full of refill cylinders had been supplied in Black (must be BLACK as the Sunday consumers doesn't know about it) on the previous day.
Even we spent 2-3 hours in queue very early in the morning, the manager again told us that there is no truck for morning delivery, please come in evening.
Then we we're stood hungry & waiting in the hard sunlight for the truck till evening.
