★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was worse in NK Automobiles. The garage owner has high ego problem. He behaves very rudely & unprofessional manner, if the customer doesn't accept his offered service.
With me, his sentence was "mujhse 'TUM' kahke bat na kar, garage owner hu, mechanic nahi. hum to esi esi kitani hi gaadiya kaam karke fek Diya karte h".
I visited there with my Honda Amaze car for a small joint fixing work of a side mirror, which he was going to fix with some screws only. I found the cost high than the usual, so I didn't agreed.
His mechanic, who removed the mirror pannel of my car when he was inspecting, didn't attached it back as it was previously. When I asked him to make it in the condition as it was, he started using the tappori language in egoestic manner.
The garage owner doesn't know how to behave professionaly.
