The owner gives genuine advise on gemstones and availability is there for all range of prices. I was able to choose and get delivery within 24 hours. For Astrological reasons he will guide on stones that are suitable for you. The shop is genuine as he gives guarantee that if you find a cheaper price he will refund money, if you find stone is bringing bad luck will change for you or refund. Gives also guarantee card. So there is 100 percent support from their side which is great.

They first asked for my budget, shared the website link, provided multiple suggestions for gemstones, shared raw videos and photos comparing the ones I selected, suggested multiple design options, and also shared video of puja performed.
