★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought furniture of around 1 lac from Hind Furniture 2-3 years back including sofa set, bed and dining table. The quality of wood and material is very bad and started deteriorating after 1 year. After sale service is very poor. I went for some support and the staff there were very unprofessional. U won't be valued as a loyal customer. I don't recommend Hind Furniture for any kind of home decor or furniture solution

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience with the store, stuff they sell don't have authentic wood, delivery time goes beyond 2-3 months and every time different reasons when asked for delivery, even after the delay wood and furnishing quality is far worse then expectation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To buy cheapest furniture it is good place, but his work is not up to the mark. My bed didnt even last for 3 months. Polish came out and mattress got exchange within 4 months. Store owner doesn’t even respond to your calls.

Owner Zain is pathetic as a person. He took advance for some furniture construction, delivered part of the furniture with really bad finishing. For rest of the furniture when I called him multiple times he use to make lot of excuses that he is not well and furniture will be delivered in next 10 days, sometimes his carpenters health is not good and then again the promise of next 10 days, showroom visits lands again to a false promise of another 10 days. Post that he stopped receiving phones for a month or so, when I use to call him from other numbers he is like come and see the furniture before delivery, when I visit the showroom the furniture was in raw form and this happened at-least 10 times. Now its almost 6 months post the order and the furniture is still not delivered. All this furniture was for my new settlement post marriage and the experience with Hind Furniture turned out to be really bad.
Waist of money and lot of time.
Owner Zain is full of false commitments and really bad when it comes to business ethics and trust

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order my sofas first time with hind furniture i was really worried but my experience was great ? I defiantly recommend. The delivery was so quick and on time. The sofas more better than the other showroom. I call lots of times about sofas etc the costumer service is amazing each and every member of the team is so friendly and helpful. Just one suggestion is if they do 5 years guarantee it will be great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good furniture collection. The staff was very courteous and polite. Explained about different kinds of woods and which one should be opted according to one's need. Also they provide other furnishings and decor services as well like name for home etc. Competitive prices.
Overall good experience ? Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service. I ordered the bed and it needs to be customized so I pay 7k for the order. After 10 days I went shopping and requested to see my bed how is the progress but they refused to show me they said you can check only after its done. I ask how long will it take you for delivery? He said after December 31. So I canceled my order because it took too long. But the owner deducted my Rs 1000 for canceling my order
