★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shifted with my family from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 29th May 2016. We had a very very bad experience with the service. They damaged almost every big items, some items were lost and broken in there warehouse. Few items which were damage - Fridge got a dent, TV case was broken, TV showcase was broken, Bike front panel was damage, Mandir was damage, Dinning Table chair were damage, Soft were broken, Two beds were having scratches, kitchens items boxes were all open, Computer table was lost and it seems it was broken in their warehouse. Many other small items were missing. They were not ready to unload the items from vehicle and deliver at home until full payment was given. Thou almost 95% payment was already given at the time of loading at Bangalore. They did not deliver the items on the date as promised and after multiple follow up and rude behaviour they delivered the items and that too late night at 10:00pm and all items reached in the house at midnight. The people on the phone were non co-operative and after telling them if they do not deliver the items we will do a police complaint, they were telling to go an do a complaint. Due to this all I was too angry and even used abuse words to put some pressure but they were not at all bothered. VERY VERY PATHETIC SERVICE. All items in the vehicle were just thrown any home. I would not suggest anyone to use this service ever again. I had done an insurance with them but they never bothered to return any money for the damaged goods and later stopped picking the call both at Bangalore and Hyderbad. They are just finding some local vehicle and managing stuff. This was one of the bad experience I ever had in my life regarding service. Strongly DO NOT Recommend to use this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked my house holds goods from Bangalore to Hyderabad. The service provided by them is extremely bad. Many of my items were broken, and also all glass items was totally broken. They don't respect the goods, simply they carry like garbage items. When I spoke to them regarding damages, they behaved very bad and rude manner. I will never recommend this provider for any kind of movement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the geniune experience which i am sharing. 25th June 2020, I made a deal with this company to move my items from bangalore to kolkata.
The problem was, their agent Karan Singh, he came to visit my place to check the items on 20th June 2020, and gave me the quotation of 8k(including taxes). As per the deal, he was suppose to deliver the items in 15 days and I will do 20% of the payment after the delivery.
On the packing day - 25th June, he came and started packing the items, and gave me the bill from some different company - "Professional Speed packers and movers", he said this is their other company and "Hindustan Packers and Movers" bill were not present so he can give me this. That bill didnot have any GSTIN number. I got the feeling that i should not trust them but since it was actually my last day in bagalore i had no other choice.
As per the iternary there were 7 big Items, including bed and matterress. On 30th they gave me Gati docket number which was invalid and cannot be tracked. I received the products on 14th July and as per the consignment that they gave to Gati, they only sent 4 items. My bed, matteress and bed parts were missing. I called them, they said give ur account details, etc and they will help me to claim the insurance. The insurance paper looks made out. It doesnot have any details regarding my items.
Calling them again n again is not working out for me. Since i have lost my items so i am just sharing the experience.
Its better to trust some packers and movers with higher rating. If you search online in bangalore u will get many many options but seriously dont trust unless, they give u a valid gstin number, and a proper bill.
I have lost my household items plus the money i paid them. So just be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys NEVER EVER book this packer mover for getting your items delivered . I cannot imagine the level of service they have ended up providing to me as customer .
I booked them for delivering my furniture items from Bangalore to Patna and guess what every item is delivered broken . TV is broken in a way that any unprofessional packer would understand that it was not safely packet or kept protected.
On top of it they have the audacity to say that it happens while tranferring items from one location to another . They haven't paid the insurance amount and are at denial for all the nonsense service they provided .
Totally unprofessional and should be avoided on booking them if you value your money .
