★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: 1. They are providing customized services like remotely packing over video call assistance.
2. Providing the most competitive prices per box.
3. The guys are really polite and humble which is a big plus.
Cons: 1. They are so much in a rush to pack, that they left aside few stuffs to pack.
2. They literally pick up and dump things in cartoons which resulted in few broken and misplaced stuffs.
3. They packed the shoes together with clothes.
Advice: 1. Please recheck if everything is packed while packing remotely.
2. Use seperate packing materials or plastics for packing stuffs fragile or dirty like shoes.
3. Use seperte plastics to pack loose small items instead of dumping it in inside the box along with other bigger stuffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my house hold goods and car from Bangalore to Port Blair on 14th of August 2019 and amazingly it reached by 24th of August. All items and car reached safely. In my case they have used TCI Seaways to ship the goods and car for sea route. Their packing and materials used for packing are of premium quality and they didn't compromise at any level. They supported even after receiving the goods to provide documents. Rates are little competitive but service is very good. I will prefer to use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I am Ankan and have booked Loyal Cargo services to transfer my household goods from Bangalore to Hyderabad. The worst experience I have ever experienced. They charged Rs.15000 for insurance and then damaged and misplaced lots of goods worth Rs. 30000 approx. They then told that insurance can only be claimed in case of any accident and not for missing or damaged goods. They have stopped recieving my calls now and are not paying anything for my losses. Big frauds.

They have promised me that the whole process from packing to delivery of goods will be done within 7 working days but it has been done within 5 days, they have charged reasonable prices for their services.
