★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really a bad place to buy a two wheeler. Untrained mechanics, when bought a new scooty, it took more than 4 hours to make it ready.. They have done scratches in new scooty, later they denies.
Horrible Experience!!! Recommended not to go or buy anything from this showroom. It's a total mess...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good behaviour till sales is completed only. After sales service is not at all good. Indeed it is very pathetic. Among the technicians, only a few are well experienced & knowledgeable. Rest are not should be allowed to work on automobiles.During a servicing, for cleaning air filter one junior mechanic opened the air hose from engine. But after cleaning he left the hose as it is, without attaching and clamping the hose with engine. As it was a scooty and under seat dicky was fitted this goes unnoticed and a unnatural sound started coming. Problem found only during next servicing after 3000km running. Not only this, during first free services, workshop manager discourages the washing personnel from good washing as it is under free service. Besides this, there is no proper management in workshop. There is nobody to tell you what is happening, even after wating of one hour time.... In paid service also. They are just careless !!! Not at all professional. Very bad experience !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are awesome in chakdaha. Manager is awesome. His politeness make me very happy. Excellent communication. Financer Asit is the best role mode for TVS IN HIRA. Love this shop. Bought a Ntorq from here , and so happy with their great communication skills.

They are having finance facilities also.That means when you go to buy a TV's bike from this place and you don't have much money to buy the particular bike,that point of time they will offer you to get the bike by finance company.Good showroom situated in chakdaha, Goenka beside the Chakdaha bonogram road.Staffs are well behaved.But still I will suggest you to burgain with all the products and please check the online price from Google.
