★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited more about 8 times. Very ordinary service. After servicing my bike I never felt the smoother ride. It was almost same before servicing. After my last servicing the gear developed a problem. To take it to neutral the gear stuck. I don't want to go again there. Each time during servicing I was present and they delivered my bike after at least 3-4 hours. Once they delivered my bike after 6 hours. May be my presence was the cause of their delay. I couldn't be satisfied with the service. Once I repaired the gear during the warranty time. They assured me to arrange for my money back. So I kept my manual with them. They never gave my money back. Sitting room is good. Ambience is good. Staff are quite ok. But service not up to the mark. They should take care of customer satisfaction.

They are nice to there customers, just the fact is after sales, they don't bother to ask you for the first few free services, it's completely your responsibility to take care of it and ask them regularly (if you are purchasing with complete payment).
