★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased my Bajaj Avenger 150 street from this showroom. The showroom is pretty small but you can get best rate compared to any other showrooms in Vadodara. You can also get your bajaj vehicle serviced here as they have good mechanics but you will have to pick your vehicle on the same day as they have space constraint. The staff is friendly here. They will help you with any type bajaj vehicle issues. If you are putting your vehicle here for service then be very specific that you don't want to change any auto parts of the vehicle without asking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. I have Pulsar NS 200, just 2 year old, shifted from Ahmedabad to Baroda last year. Got my bike serviced here...
I will only suggest to go if you have routine servicing. And not refer if you have any specific problem with your vehicle.
I got my bike serviced here twice, and each time I was not satisfied. Let me be very clear, I have agreed to whatever spare part changes/ equipment changes they suggested and paid for it. So I have not compromised on that part at all.
1. There was a problem in gear shifting, they suggested some repairs and did them. Now the gear shifting problem is gone.... But speed outcome before service was 135 to 137kmph, now it is just 96 kmph... And that too at the full throttle... I would say they really damaged the performance of the bike.
2. I met a small accident due to which steering alignment was damaged. They fixed it---- but----- now steering lock is not happening after the service and if you ask them they tell you you bring the bike again as if we are free and we don't have our jobs.
They act as if they know everything about bike servicing and will not listen to your suggestions...
So basically they will fix one problem and they will create some new problem.. so wholistic bike serviced never happens..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide quality service of bajaj bikes. Have been there twice to get my pulsar 150 serviced and both times I experienced great improvement in vehicle condition. Also the customer service provided here is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who was at the shop was very rude with me.. Before even having a proper look at the car I was it will take 25-30 days to just service it properly. I told them to at least have a look at it properly and not to treat a customer in such a rude manner.. No one listened.. I got angry and I told them I won't bring my cars here and that they have lost a valuable customer today to which the person at shop told he has absolutely no problem about that and he is happy that they'll have one less car for service.
He said I should be thankful that he's atleast talking to me as he was very busy.
I said they had no professionalism at all, to which he said he knows about it.
I won't, ever go back to Hiruchi motors nor I'd suggest any friend of mine to do the same.
Extremely traumatized.
