My site was under construction and I needed 5 AC's split units. I was seated down properly and explained everything in detail.
Then I got a call from Mr. AMIT saying that there is a cash back offer on cards from ICICI AND KOTAK bank. 2500/ AC so confirmed the price for 3 models.
So I went in and purchased 3 units for now.
Next day during installation HITACHI refused to connect the outdoor units at 18 feet height.
I got an outside vendor to install the AC and found that the piping that is supposed to come with AC is missing.
When confronted the answer from Hitachi dealer was that the pipe is not included with the model that you have purchased.
This point could have been explained when I was purchasing the units but no so now additionally I have to pay for piping as well as installation to a 3rd party which is more then the cash back that i was offered and also the warranty will be an issue since it is not installed by hitachi .
With this kind of service I suggest go for DAIKIN OR MITSUBISHI.
110% NO TO HITACHI FOR ALL FUTURE REQUIREMENTS.
