★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My refrigerator is not functioning properly since september 22 the company said it will take a week or maximum of 10 days to exchange the part but till now nobody has showed up ! Despite several calls no body nothers to answer and keeps on evading the question ... tey keep on saying the parts are rare and we have to import it from germany its been two months now and my frustation has reached its maximum height ! With folded hands i requeat u all to stay away from buying any of thier products . Everyones experience is differentsome have good otgers have excellent and aomeone like me has worst ...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. They took money for a spare part and have been ghosting us since two months. Hitachi customer care is also a joke clueless and hopeless. They don't even bother to reply to repeated emails from customer. Think twice before purchasing any hitachi product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is so poor. We've been trying to reach out to the customer care service since the last 20 days and there's no response on their behalf. The repair person has taken 16K for a 10 year warranty fridge and has done absolutely nothing but ruined the compressor of the fridge.
