★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doc prescribed a medicine Syrup Duphalac Bulk which was not available in any Chemist at any Andheri Medical Shop. On just single call, Noble Medical arranged it on next day. Superb.

Whatever medicine you order, it is either not available or the so called experts have not heard about the same..They claim to be workinh 24x7 and have a free delivery.. But whenever you ask them for a delivery, they dont bother to revert back... The worst medical store i have seen till date...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to avoid the store at all costs if you want to avoid unpleasant experience. This store is open 24/7 but you can only purchase medicines at night time. Staff is not friendly and would not recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The super rude guy in the picture sounds and attends u as if he is the owner of Noble Medicals.
Since at night one is not allowd to enter the store his duty is to show us things we want to buy. But it seems it is a difficult and demeaning job for him to do.
In my personal experience twice, this guy, who is not in uniform, has rudely denied to see what we wish to buy coz we wanted to check variants of the juice we wanted, and wanted to know whether the medicine is available in 3mg or 5mg or 10mg. And trust me there was no crowd at the enterance's window.
The other day, he literally denied to give particular icecream of specific brand coz it seems he was feeling sleepy and tired.
I can be contacted to cross check everything through the CCTV recording of our disgusting experience at Noble Medical coz of this guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer to this shop(almost every day). I order almost all of my father's medicines from here. Everyone from the staff knows me very well. Still one of the salesmen over there behaved very arrogantly with me, besides knowing condition of my bedridden father. I wanted to change one medicine of my father. He first asked for a printed bill, which I had lost. But from my customer ID, he could trace my bill in the computer. But he kept on asking me for the printed bill and refused to change the medicine. Very rude and heartless guy. I didn't understand what to do and I left the store. Suddenly I realised to complain about this rude guy to Nobel chemist head office. And fortunately, I got help from Mr Santosh in Nobel head office. He immediately ordered the store staff to send the medicine to my home. Thanks to Mr Santosh from head office for his help. But store salesmen are all useless. That's why I am giving one star particularly to Nobel Chemist Andheri East Koldongri.
