★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project has spacious flats. I really appreciated the layout in the flats (2 BHK and 3 BHK). The 3 BHKs have three washrooms. Not many projects in North Nagpur have such facility. The provision of P.O.P., chimney, modular kitchen, aquagaurd really add to the convenience of the flat. The convenience the builder provides is exemplary. The common areas has a very calm environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this property today... found it quite nice and impressive. Quality of the construction was good and even flats were spacious. Only reason i m giving 4 stars coz there wasn’t any brochures or design pamphlets available there in the office with the watchman. He just gave me a contact no of a madam, and said to talk and visit her in their main office. Else everything were perfect. Planning for this one for sure.
