β β β β β I was travelling hyd to mum in this HKB travels. My experience was very bad because there AC water dripped on my seat E3 and E4 and my whole blanket was wet. After I complained staff's behave was very rude and they weren't slove my problem. Seriously I suggest you all don't book tickets in this travel??

β β β β β I want to write a genuine review. The Buses are not in such a good condition. The Bus drivers and people inside the bus are extremely rude to talk and give information. Feels as if they are doing a big deal by giving us some piece of info related to bus halt points, bus pick ups, bus timings e.t.c
They did not even have the courtesy to give an extra bottle of water.
Now the issues which we faced.
1. Our HKB bus came almost 45 mins late at the stop, and no it was not because of the traffic but it was because they started late itself.
They expect passengers to arrive 15 min early and here is how they behave when it comes to timings.
2. When our bus arrived, all the seats were wet and due to AC it was stinking bad. When asked, he said they had just washed the bus and just got it as it is. ( The bus was so dirty it did not even seemed to be washed).
I will request everyone not to ever travel by HKB as they have become so ignorant and aggressive as if they have the highest demand in the market and can behave rudely with the customers.
