Pooja was responsive to our every query and addressed each of them promptly. Hotel Kidar at Leh and Turtuk Holiday camp at a Nubra Valley were exemplary in hospitality. Attention was given in choosing a careful driver in MrAli through our entire stay from 17 th May to 23 May 2019.
A special mention must be made that Pooja continued to be in touch with us through out our holiday.

The choice and variety of hotels, food, spots to cover offered are ample. The trip coordinator- Pooja was a very accommodating agent. She was very proactive and kept us informed of the possible changes. We had to go through lot of changes due to external factors, but Pooja made sure that everything went on smoothly and had solution to every problem which occurred. She made sure that the hotels were as per our choice and gave personal suggestions which were very helpful.
