★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with Travel Triangle and Himalays views travel agent. Better to book by your own so that you book your own choice of hotels and flights. No suggestions or guidance provided by the agents while planning and booking your itenary. All they know is to just book it and followup for payments. The best part, your travel triangle partner switches off his phone when you bring up a problem to him. Travel triangle managers use the same travel agents to book their personal tours, so doesnt make any sense Even if we complain, no actions will be taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service experience, do not even think about considering your bookings from Travel triangle. They will ask you full payment before the trip itself and after that you are nowhere, no questions answered, no consideration of your requests, no proper facilities with the rooms they book. Especially if you are booking the trip to Coorg or Mysore, try to do it on your own.
1). They can change the stay at any time after all the payment is done.
2). Hotel stay is not up to the mark but they charge higher price.
3). They do not respond properly when you face the troubles while you are on journey.
4). Multiple people involved in booking but when it comes to the issue solving everyone of them will ask you to contact the other person like we do not know you and you are not my responsibility.
5). They do not follow up about the on going trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Companies like these kind of overcharge travellers. The travel experience from the agency I booked Trip to Hills was okay but later I came to know that the agency pays a hefty commission to TT for every booking they make. I would recommend looking out for other companies to book your tour if you want save 10-15%. You would have to choose from 4 agencies anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travel trangle may be good concept but the agent(Amaze travel company) they provide was from Delhi, our booking was from December last week to Jan mid 1st week, after getting all deal final, they suddenly inform us booking of 31st hotel needs to add 21000rs for gala dinner, or else we will stop your tour in between.. so I would suggest travel triangle to keep watch and communication with all booking customer. So that this kind of agents cannot cheat and take benefits

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OUR TRIP TO MALDIVES VIA TRAVEL TRIANGLE IN OCTOBER AND THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Probably the most horrible booking agents to go with. Iconic Trvellers and Travel Triangle. I made a big mistake by selecting these guys over Thomas cook. While booking they were nice and were quick in responding. Till the time we reached there they were really good.
After a horrible experience of our trip finally we had to get a refund from the Resort. The resort issued the refund in 1 week but it took more than a month for these guys to process it. I had to numerous follow ups as I was not having any response and no one in Travel Triangle WAS REASY TO TAKE THE INITIATIVE OF KEEPING ME UPDATED. When asked they were just telling that they have raised the ticket to the finance team and they cant do anything about it.
Secondly I had never given feedback before this but I got a mail from them stating that the feedback has been submitted.
I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO WITH THESE GUYS AS IT HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Booked through "Trip strings"..
I suggest not to opt trip strings agents..if your booking through travel triangle..
1.Poor accomodation which was under construction..our whole day was wasted fighting and arguing with the agent for the change in hotel accommodation..which took nearly half a day..waiting with our luggages at the reception desk..no food ,no water, no restroom..
Faced it at the start of our trip which spoilt our mood and day.
2.no proper communication between trip strings and 3 rd party people.
3.bad cab/temp traveller transport facilities..
Driver also was very rude and arrogant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travel Triangle is such a pathetic travel agency who fool you every now & then once you have booked through them. All their sweet words & responses go for a toss. You have to keep on begging for your own money. In my case, which is related to cancellation of trip due to covid in 2020, I had to personally connect with the airlines & get informed that they are providing complete refund but these inhuman travel agents still take months to refund your money even when they have received the refund from travel agency. On top of that they charge you hefty cancellation charges for the service that these guys are not at all providing to you. Pathetic Experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently booked a Goa trip through Travel triangle and the experience was not so satisfactory. They charged a good amount for a resort which was under renovation and when we actually arrived at the resort, we were surprised to see the rooms were not sea facing (which we had clearly communicated earlier) and they were nothing as shown in the pics shared by TT. When we demanded to change the accommodation, they made us wait for almost 3 hours outside the resort with all our luggage and after calling them for a hundred times, they arranged an alternative accommodation which was too far away and there was no sea anywhere near that resort. We lost half a day with no food and no water .
Again, on the day of drop off, our train was at 10 pm
And they told us to get the drop to the station at 6 pm itself with all our luggage . The communication between the drivers and the TT was a mess and we wasted a lot of time . Although the TT agent was helpful and always responded to our calls, the overall organisation of the tour was far from perfect . Would not recommend domestic tours with TT.
