We were skeptical about visiting kashmir, even if it was on the top of our bucket list. But holidaybookie was very reassuring & made sure we were comfortable with our choice. The price of package was spot-on.
In Kashmir, from the moment we arrived to the flight back home. Everything was extremely well managed.
The driver that was with us for the entire journey, the car, the hotels those were booked, the guides that were appointed were very cooperative.
Apart from all of this, people in Kashmir are very polite & trustworthy. Not once did we have to think about the luggage that we left behind.
Overall, it was a perfect trip anyone could ask for.

Holiday Bookie is a tailor made holiday company. Their consultants especially Sarika mam is very friendly and knowledgeable. The site seeing's were properly arranged and the hotels were amazing too.
Most important for travelers booking this kind of holiday is the high level of support available before and during the holiday.
There assistance and assurance was especially appreciated on this trip when one of the couple got covid positive just one day before and they not only credited us the hotel bookings but also flight tickets which were non refundable. Grateful for this gesture!

This is the third time we have taken assistance from Holiday bookie for travel tickets, Visa, insurance and passport. They have helped us in getting the best flight in budget. There was a time when I did not knew that my passport will expire in a months, and my tickets were booked already for Europe. Holiday bookies helped me to renewed my passport as earliest as possible , they also helped us in Visa formalities, and charged almost nothing to us. After experience such a great gesture I started trusting them and whenever I make a travelling plan I always take assistance from Bhavik.
There were times where I have made plans with Holiday bookie (Bhavik) many times and cancelled. On our recent visit to Dubai I needed assistance with tickets, visa, and insurance, I thought this time if I call Bhavik he will not assist me my request. But I was completely wrong, Bhavik helped me with everything. Bhavik is very dedicated and passionate for his work.
