★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor and Pathetic Services. Although the shop has a wide variety of furniture collection. Anyone will be amazed to see that collection. But post sales services are pathetic.
We purchased a sofa set and the cushioning of the sofa set went damp within 3 months of usage. Despite several information and in person visit to the shop no person has visited for checking it. If we knew such is the quality of the cushioning in the first go , we would have never ever brought it .
The owner, itself is not interested in re- checking the products. Once sales is done, post sales services are zero. So I will suggest you guys whenever you go for a purchase, do value the post sales service.
