Nice hotel room and excellent service

...  I did call the hotel before checking in as we, me and my wife, were supposed to check in quite late at around 8 PM on August-01 as we planned to reach New Delhi around 7 PM only. During the phone conversation, the person at the other end was not very courteous and did not want to continue the conversation even for a minute and confirmed that he had noted down the information... Problem started after the checking in. Check in was almost fine, it was a bit difficult to find the location as there was no board etc. for "Excellency Corporate Homes" and it looked like another house only at B-78 Shivalik. The first night was uneventful and passed peacefully. Next morning around 10 AM, when I tried to order some food, the guy told me that they didn't have any booking for us for the second night and I had to vacate the hotel and can shift to other hotel ... I told him that I had booked the accommodation after paying 100% for two nights, hence no point of talking.. There were some arguments and the person told me that whatever it was they did cancel the booking.. He took my mobile number as I was going out of hotel. We were in no mood to take the breakfast there and left for some work. There was no call ... for the whole day and we returned to the hotel in the evening. Then the person didn't mention anything though I received a call in the landline, as someone wanted to speak to me. The person introduced himself as the operational head of the hotel and told me that Goibibo wanted to upgrade us to Hotel Swagath for that night, if I was interested. He also told me that they knew I had some friends in Hotel Swagath, which surprised me a lot as even I was not aware of that! I anyway declined the offer and described the episode happened in the morning and expressed my displeasure. He assured that there would not be any such incident during my next stay. The whole thing left a very bad taste of staying in the hotel and affected our stay at Delhi. We checked out around 3:00 AM in the morning as we had to catch an early morning flight. To my utter surprise, they recorded no check in or out signature in the register, though they took photocopy of the ID card. Since this was our experience, there was no point of providing the rating. However this is anyway not a hotel for families and may be good for the business travelers. The room where we stayed (a deluxe room) had no outside window and was quite cramped also. They even didn't clean our room for the second night. ...

Property was nice, location was convenient(not on the main road though) being in a residential area. Staff was polite and helpfull. Over all a nice stay for the price.

There are other blocks too.. Go check all the prices and pics but this place is also good to stay. Food taste is also good not amazing but okay.

Quiet and clean home stay with excellent service and a great host. Well Connected location.

Nice, clean and peaceful place to stay. They have non functional kitchen attached in room. Location is good and safe for individual as well as car parking

Peaceful place. Rooms are neat and clean also the place was well maintained. The only problem i observed is parking. You need to find it on your own.
