★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed from 3rd Oct 2020 to 10th Nov 2020 for my mother total hip transplant that was done at Indian Spinal Injury Center. Although initial plan for stay was only for 3 weeks but due to Covid situation and kind of facility that we were receiving, we decided we extend out stay. I am really thankful to Mr. Deepak for his great hospitality and I would like to highlight few points.
1) Since I cannot get my leave extended beyond 3 weeks, Mr. Deepak arrange a laptop for me to and I was able to continue my office.
2) One day cook did not turnup in morning. Since my mother was on recovery, it was risky to get the food from outside. I called Mr. Deepak for help. Within a time of 3 hours he came to apartment with food from his home. We were really surprise to see his hospitality effort for his client.
3) On the visit of 23rd Oct to hospital, doctor suggested to use DVT pump for my leg swelling.
The equipment provider need a postdated for 40K check for security deposit, which I was not having. I called Mr. Deepak, within an hour time he gave the check.
Above is just some of the few help that I received. I just wanted to say that it is not only the apartment but the hospitality that I received was simply great.
