We ordered a steel almirah and we told our requirements (color and mirror specification), we even paid on-spot full payment, but still they delivered some other color almirah without mirror. I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from here... don't fell in shop owner's flattering words, Sab Bakwaas joot.. Regretting now for shopping in this stupid shop ? no rating should be given to this bakwaas shop.

β β β β β Cheaters frauds... Never believe these fake people.worst service. Fake promises.Got furnitures worth 3 lacs still service is pathetic. Items get worn out in less than 3 months. They promise 5 yrs guarantee. But worst with their promise. They again ask for money to repair.

β β β β β Utter waste of your hard earned money. Do not ever buy anything from this place. 1. They are not of good quality 2. The prices they quote is highly exaggerated and you might get a decent price only if you are good at bargaining otherwise you will be cheated for sure. 3. The products might not last really long. Good luck!

Ordered a beauro and they delivered something which was completely irrelevant to what they displayed us during the showroom interaction People around b'lore pls don't go to them and buy products. Coz you'll regret later why you did shopping there just like I'm regretting

β β β β β We bought a king size bed from them almost 4 years ago. No complaints on the quality whatsoever. It still holds up now, no creaking and no termite complaints.
But coming to the delivery and service..awful. Firstly, they made me book the bed from another store that they owned, on the same road. Before payment, the wonderful salesman said he'd show me the bed while it was being made in the factory. When I went to check with him a week later, he just gave me the directions to the factory somewhere in BTM...and asked me to go check it out myself. Fine, but couldn't you have mentioned that before payment ? This when I didn't even have a vehicle of my own.
Second, it took a lot of phone calls, pleading, pestering and finally outrage, to have them arrange for the delivery. Relieved at getting the bed finally, I did hand over a tip to the delivery boys.
But this is where the real stigma started. Instead of a 5" mattress, they handed over a 4" mattress. Asked me to use it till the time they would replace it with the 5" one as paid for. I didn't play into their trap and for almost 2 weeks, chased them to deliver the original 5" mattress that I had paid for. By this time, the salesman had stopped picking my calls altogether. I had lost it by now, went to their store and gave them an earful in front of other customers. That is when they promptly arranged for a delivery of the mattress in another day.
I don't know how and why these stores go with the kind of service they do. They've good products but this purchase was one of the most harrowing experiences for me and personally, I'll never go there again.

β β β β β I purchased sofaset and dinning table. Sofaset is fine but dinning table is 6 inch less in height... You cannot sit on the chair because chair is not going inside table. I requested for change and even manager agreed that is carpenter fault. I got this changed after 3 months time that to old one only. They have added extra piece of wood in all the r legs just to increase the height. So all the legs are of 2 wood pieces. Really unexpected. Recommend not to buy from this shop.

β β β β β Purchased one dining table from the store. The owner will explain you everything properly. Earlier I purchased one sofa from the same store, and I don't have any issue with the sofa yet. Reasonable price, Ok Collection.
This time the owner said I will replace the dining table if it is too small for your house. well he delivered the table but yes it took lot of time to delivered with so many phone calls and follow up.
Now I have to check the durability of the product.
To the owner: You have to keep your commitment in tact. All the best
