β β β β β I found this service center on Google search since my service guy was not able to repair my SONY DVD HOME THEATRE SYSTEM. The problem was Push Power Protector.
I spoke to the owner Mr. Faiz and he said he can do the needful. He sent his person to pick it up and after receiving the system he rectified the issue within couple of hours. N
They did the job professionally.
Thanks to him and I recommend him to others who have issues in their systems.
Ofcouse they are expensive but they have vast experience and knowledge in whatever they are doing.
I wish them lot more laurels and success in their business.

β β β β β So glad I got my TV fixed here! They fixed my problem really quickly and efficiently and charged the right price for it too, unlike some other places that were trying to scam me into paying a lot more than was actually required. Best service with efficient pick up and delivery.

β β β β β It is a good place to go for repair of any music system. The place is small and there are two person working at the shop. But both of them are good in working and explaining the issues correctly. I went with my Yamaha woofer issues, they found the issue and corrected it the same day and got it delivered via Uber. There is one issue with the place, the streets are very narrow and the place is very inside from the main road. It will be difficult to reach the place with even medium sized cars. I am writing this because I faced the issue to reach the place. Later I had to park my vehicle on the main road and I had to walk down the lane to reach the place on foot. Rest everything was fine. It can be visited if any issues related to music system.

β β β β β Found this place online after desperately looking for someone to fix my 14 year old Onkyo AV receiver. I had almost given up, but Faiz was able to revive this piece of machinery. You donβt find someone so passionate about audio equipments. Donβt go by the size of the shop. Faiz is able to single handedly identify the problem and rectify any fault. There are a lot of challenges wrt finding partsβ¦ but he has the knack of solving any issue. He was able to solve my problem and my Onkyo is now working like new.
The only drawback is you have to go into a very narrow lane to get there. Parking is an issue. Besides that I have nothing else to complain but only praise. Would certainly recommend him for any home theatre related problems. Brands like Onkyo have closed their service centres in India. You donβt find help easily. This is where you need to get your machine and Faiz will be happy to help you. He is prompt and responsible.

β β β β β Doesn't know how to do his job. Two people came - one was fiddling with the amplifier for 20 mins while the other was on the phone (it was so long a call that we could understand he was flirting with someone in goa). They then opened the amplifier, decided that everything is fine, and put the cover back. They somehow lost almost all the screws in the process. Obviously it was not fine, and a more competent technician from another shop fixed it later. At no point did we get the feel of competence, or even willingness to do the job

β β β β β Would recommend.
Faiz was pleasant to deal with though I had to follow up a couple of times. He fixed the amp of my small Yamaha system which was entering into power protection mode. The system has been working without issue for a month at the time of review.
As others have mentioned the road at the shop has no place to stop or park a 4 wheeler so take a 2 wheeler or a cab.
