★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We choose Homelane for our new home end to end interior. We were in the United States during the whole phase of interior, production and installation.
Location: Thane HomeLane
Everything was done Virtually, right from designing to the installation. Our designer Asmita arranged google meets for design sessions. We got 15 to 20 design sessions with her. She did a great job of designing our dream home with us. She visited sites when ever needed during design and installation phase.
During installation phase: We got virtual walkthrough of our home twice a week by our PM Aakash Gaikwad. He also helped and coordinated with the third party vendor in our absence- like for AC installation.
We are happy to say that we got what we saw in the design phase. Quality work for sure. Overall project lasted for 4months. We did had a few hiccups and roller coasters but we overcome that with the help of our PM Aakash.
Our home was ready when we came back from the United States.
We will definitely recommend Asmita & Aakash as HomeLane team for your home interior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have contacted Homelane and other home interior service providers all together and finally we have selected “Homelane”; so of course it was better than other at pre installation phase.
Then we have discussed our initial quotation with Miss Kavita Ram (Design expert of Homelane) and we have got all our requirements in our budget.
Once the production process started, the project is now handed over to our Project manager Mr Shailendra Sawant and we were updated with all interim steps and processes. He also helped me to deal with some measurement challenges.
Homelane team has very effectively handled the situation of COVID 19 in Mumbai region. Even though there were lock downs applied to several areas of Mumbai, Homelane team constantly in touch with us and they tried their best to complete our Interior Project.
Still I wanted to highlight some Positive and Negative points I observed during this interior works.
Positive Points of Homelane
We can get free quote of our home from Homelane team and they are not forcing us to continue with them
Very professional and supportive team
They are providing ideas and suggestions based on our imagination and requirements.
always focusing on quality material and appliances in our design.
Less defects in Design phase vs Implementation phase
Apart from our quoted work, they can help to complete other small works like (bathroom fittings, curtain rod fittings etc) (which is subject to Project Manager’s approval; its not compulsory that all PM will help this)
Negative Points of Homelane
They have two experience centers in Mumbai (Goregaon and Thane). so We must travel to these locations if we want to visit their experience centers. (I am requesting to start South Mumbai and Vashi experience center if possible)
I request if supervisor will always available on site to monitor each activities (during the installation).
Homelane should increase their visibility and partnerships with other brands than “urban ladder” (Like Papperfry or Ikea)
Overall I wanted to give 5 out of 5 starts to Homelane team, because I am just 28 year old and I have no knowledge of Industry , still I fill like I have done best home interior with Homelane. Fully satisfied.

Recently, I had requested the maintenance of Mr. Flavian to arrange for a post maintenance care and this was handled very promptly. This was my first service and was done for free.

This guys talk you very sweetly and promise you that we are going to take care all your queries when you gave them project then you only have to fight with service you needed
Designer I have gate is poor knowledge
I have to execute all the ideas and then it going to done but I have to go each and every work behind them
And now I am facing hinges and dish drainer issue attached is the images
They have told us starting this we are using good quality products this products are branded and so expensive and now this good product are broke like image I have share very poor quality product it is and we have spend 3000 I think and they are not going to replace this part they told us you have to purchase hole unit this type of answers I gate from homelane team tired of this now they have to mention me earlier if any product is broke then you have to purchase full unit? nonsense things why we have to spend lots of money on this poor quality products
Very poor service do not go for this branch don't know about other branches

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually due to lock down our kitchen work stopped completely, previous experience with project manager was not good, but after lockdown Mr Akshay had started our work, it was very nice experience, he carried out our pending work very quickly and smoothly. Thanks to Mr Akshay. Even now also our repair work done very quickly,and done properly in time. Thanx a lot to Home care team. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to go for Homelane after understanding that I may not be able to give enough of a personal follow up for my interior need for a new house and after doing a careful assessment of all the possible options available in the market. I did get a quick callback from Homelane which was clearly not seen with the competitors. Their program manager - Akshay quickly connected and assured the best services. I visited their office at Manpada and they were really professional. I was introduced to Architect and Designer Ms. Asmita Purohit. She was truly an expert of her field, gave a quick overview of all designs and options available, understood our requirements, provided cost-effective solutions and helped in every phase of development.
My only criticality was in the time of completion of the project, as due to covid-19 and my family being at Bangalore I was hard on the move in date. During the development process the project manager Sourav Topkar and Shailesh made sure availability of the material and quick installation.
Meanwhile, we had some issue which seems to be possibly pushing forward the timelines, which were really difficult for me but the team understood the urgency and worked tirelessly to achieve what seemed impossible.
I was moved in the new house on committed date without any problem. In fact after moving in they also kept supporting and are still supporting great way. The best thing about Homelane and a team of Asmita, Sourav, Akshay is that they keep updating all the way along the project and are very professional! Thanks and Kudos to the team!
I'd definitely recommend this Trio - Asmita, Akshay and Sourav for any of your project with Homelane!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t want to give even a single star. But there is no such provision.
Quality of the material used is not at all good.
In just a months time doors are loosen.
At the time of installation and first service, they were good and when we are showing the defects, they are asking for visit charges.
In just within 2 months of 1st service, again doors loosened and even looks like some swelling. It’s definitely a defect.
But now they are showing warranty.
What is the use of such useless warranty where their defects are repaired or replaced in our cost???
I told first check whether it’s not a defect. I will pay service charges if you prove it’s not a defect.
I have not checked all the reviews before. I think it’s a mistake. I should have checked all reviews before opting Homelane services.
I do not recommend Homelane.
Even I saw one review where the customer said he has been blocked for giving negative review.
Hope it is not a practice of Homelane.
