★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is little offbeat as you need to look out for left that comes after crossing the eastern express flyover.
Staff were helpful. Coffee was nice.
Service experience was good. Car delivery was on time as promised but then paperwork took more than 90 minutes...that was too awful.

Answers r not satisfactory.
I did routine service and after a week it has got problems which cost me lot.
During service they not checked it properly.
Since 5 days my vehicle is at service center but m still waiting from them whn can I get my car bak..
They dont bother only.
Hopeless services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very annoying response from caller on phone, as my college driver was on the way to find address without smart phone got only address in SMS and Number...,other person from service center on phone was very annoying and very harsh,rude and very very unprofessional......i will not get my colleges Bmw to get service from NAVNERT MOTORS THANE....VERY BAD IN PANDEMIC PeRIOD....POOR RESPONSE FROM BIG COMPANY BMW...Very Bad caller....as he was making any ehssan in giving proper address to my colleges driver....
Net business loss to company...by Lossing One Customer...during this period of getting hard in business....POOR...TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED...by favourite BMW...
No more favourite....NOW

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never get appointments. Highly delayed in giving appointments. Driver Pickup is a joke. Maruti, Volkswagen (polo) and even Tata have a better service. After they don’t give appointments they will blame you for problems that occur with the delay. Highly unprofessional. I called them and spoke to the service manager to tell him I need an urgent appointment my cars electronic system keeps getting worse day by day. Btw it just came back from service. He kept repeating the same answer in 5 different ways and said I will try to arrange something and call you regardless at 3 the next day. He promised when I politely told him I don’t trust you. Kept reassuring and actually never predictably never called back. Luxury car/service.. I have a better chance of getting a billion dollar lottery than getting service from BMW! Now the electronics have malfunctioned too a level where the steering wheel is also stuck!
