★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So they showed me home at thubarahalli, I spoke to owner, he told to pay 10k to block house. I was traveling and both created urgency, and asked me to deposit 10k. I though house was nice based on photos, and paid 10k, came after 3 days of giving money to see house and did not like the house. Further asked refund from owner, he blocked my number, and these people did not take any responsibility to refund. It's not only about 10k, it's also about scam these guys are running. Seems they create urgency and make u pay and not refund and earn from this in covid.
Property was at Rajini Ashish villa, Thubarahali, house number 53, Owner name is Mahesh lives is US,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below is my personal experience and I recommend not to go with Homeshikari for your Khata needs. Read and choose wisely.
I applied to get B-Khata in November 2020 and i got the Khata in November 2021 that to After asking for REFUND. Yeah they took 1 year to get B-Khata. They charged me fees of Rs.20,000 for B-Khata and the additional charge of Rs.999 for Khata research.
So after taking so much money and time atleast were they professional? NO. For first 8 months i didn't get any updates and whenever I contacted them they were saying it will be done by end of this week. But then again no update. After 8 months when I asked for refund they started the work.
Their field executive Mr. John was literally verbally very rude when we spoke on the phone. His actual words were "why are you calling? Don't call again?" And this one of many sentences he used when I asked a query to get additional documents. Yep, it was just a query and couldn't answer a query like professional.
So yeah, if you want to spend Rs.20,000 and wait for 1 year to get Khata then go ahead. Choose wisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had used the services of Homeshikari to find a tenant for my apartment. I singed up with them and was advised f the new tariff of Homeshikari. Initially I was skeptical since I was ripped ooff by a company called Nobroker with similar terms. However having had some good experiences with Homeshikari I decided to subscribe to their services. Mr. Vinay of Homeshikari and the team did an excellent job in finding a tenant within a short period and the best part was that they did all the negotiation and client contact to ensure that the contract was finalized. Excellent team work and hassle free service. Very pleased with the service and would recommend them. Have extended contract to include tenancy managment service with Homeshikari. Excellent service provider and very reliable. Very transparent communication.
