★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't fall for the old reviews, previously this place name was Apoorva apartments, now its name is homestaydelight but nothing delight is there, they will not pay security deposit, owner will block your number, fake people, fake promises , dont fall for it , i would have give negative reviews but option is not there. Worst owners i have seen ever. Everything is fake there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained rooms & good service, Completely worth for money. We stayed in Mastedbedroom, the charged me Rs.18k per month. Their services like Internet (200 MBPS) DTH ( Netflix & Prime). They will provide Fully equipped kitchen. Over all its completely worth for money.

guys trust me your refund is gone. dont opt for this property.
Harish is a sales guy who took my deposit and escaped. Shweta Ashwin do not respond to mail, she removes you from the official whatsapp group if you question this often and NEVER picks the call..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there from 2016 to 2019... Service was good that time... Thinking of it i came back there in 2020 expecting the same service but unfortunately I had worst experience related to noticed period and other services like DTH recharge, internet connection and all. Thinking of all this reverting my rating from 5 to 1.
Please try to improve your service to upcoming tenants considering all above points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to get my Security deposit from the last 3 months. But there was no response from anyone. They are very unprofessional and worst management I have ever seen.
No one would respond to you properly if there is any issue in the room and have to follow up multiple times. They dont pay maintenance or electricity bills or Broadband bills for months and when the society disconnects the power, they don't respond to your calls or help you get the issue fixed especially DILIP and SWETHA (who runs it), some of the local PGs are much better and hygienic when compared with the rooms in HomeStayDelight. I highly recommend to stay out of this

Pls read all the 1 or 2 star rating most the comment says about security deposite refund issue.. MD. Mrs Shweta ashiwn and conman Harish sales guy are the worst and unprofessional.. Shweta ashiwn has no sence to run the business and control the management. When I followed up on my security deposit she said she never received it as her sales man Harish took the money and ran away.. I mean what more can you expect from this management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service , Security and everything was fine and there was not much issue though cleanliness could be better but forget about your Deposit, none of whom I know who stayed there received their deposit back, I don’t understand why they would do that as they’re losing many referrals through unhappy customer…they’re only thinking about saving 7-8k by keeping deposit but not the loss because of unhappy customer.
If you don’t believe then Pls read all the 1 or 2 star rating most the comment says about security deposit refund issue.. MD. Mrs Shweta ashiwn and conman then Ganesh now Harish sales guy are the worst and unprofessional.. Shweta ashiwn has no sense to run the business and control the management. When I followed up on my security deposit she said she never received it as her sales man Ganesh took the money and ran away.. eventually I lost interest and let them have my money ….hopefully they can feed their children with my money
