Highly recommended, and would definitely like to come back again to this place whenever we visit Bengaluru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the start all the staff here have been super helpful. From the office staff, Poonam, to the bldg managers, Deepak & Sajith, to the bldg staff, Biplob. The apartment was shown via video and finalized. All the costs of the apt and the utilities were clearly listedand we didnt have to pay anything out of what was initially mentioned. The process was smooth and Poonam was very accommodating at multiple instances. Bldg managers and staff were always helpful and quick in their responses.
The premises is always kept clean. Housekeeping is offered weekly at our convenience and is pretty thorough. Easy to find the location. And lots of amenities right of the cross on Dasarahalli main road like reliance fresh, salon, misc shops, vegetable n fruit vendors, wine shop.
I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone looking for a 1 or 2bhk apartment for short term stay. We will definitely return here on our next trip to Bangalore. Thank you Primera!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there for a month with our year and half old grandson. Madam Adithi was very compassionate and accommodative. We needed some special arrangements with a small kid around and she arranged everything and exceeded our expectations. Similarly the Manager Mr. Sajith was at hand any time for any help. He was superb. Needless to mention the staff, Abhijith and Indrajith. They were excellent in housekeeping chores and any help we needed. I am 64 years old and stayed in such facilities world over. But this one exceeded my expectations by a long distance. Wishing them all the best in all their endeavours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Primera for 2 months and we loved every minute of it.
First off, the process of booking a flat is very smooth. Aditi, who I spoke to, is very warm and helpful and thoroughly professional.
Every part of the building is maintained very well. It is very clean and uncluttered!
The sanitizer dispensers next to the lift as always refilled - which shows how much care goes into maintenance.
The flats are adequately furnished and also very clean. It feels like home right from the moment you step in.
If, like us, you want to cook all meals, then you may need to get more kitchenware. But they have an adequate number of things to get started.
Sajith, the property manager , is brilliant at his job. He makes sure that everything is working. One call and things get sorted out.
Lawn wasn't there during the time that we stayed but I must mention that he too is very courteous and thoroughly professional in helping guests out.
Abhijit and Vishwajit are the housekeeping team. They always do a fantastic job. We were very impressed with how well they clean the apartment (housekeeping)
Of course, they all follow COVID protocols very religiously, so if you are worried about COVID safety, it is a lot safer in Primera than at the Reliance store on the main road.
The location of the building is also worth mentioning. Everything you need is a very short walk away and yet the locality is mostly peaceful.
We would recommend Citispace to everyone. They really understand the needs of guests. Serviced apartments where there is privacy, peace and high levels of cleanliness are not that easy to find, in my opinion.
