★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My key was broken and half of it is left inside the key lock , ( quality of the key strength is very low ) hope many costumers will agree with it .
I approached the vizag big wing show room near dabagardens, i was asked to get it checked out side (third party key workshop) before I visit showroom workshop, which is astonishingly shocking ?
More over it took 1:30 min for the work shop manager to tell this cannot be fixed under warranty.
I left the big wing work shop as the manager is not willing to take any questions about the quality of the bike parts ( key)
Decided to use it with half key and spare key for petrol refiling.
Thanks for the extraordinary service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honda bigwing is a chain of service stations where there only do service for premium vehicles in Honda. I feel they have a proper procedure for every problem and this standard procedure makes it so much easier for the customers. People complaining just try going to any other service center and then talk. I understand if you have had problems but in my view, after servicing my vehicle at more than 5 service stations across India I think they are following proper procedure when the vehicle arrives. So try and tolerate with them. ASK Questions, only then you will know about your bike well, complain if they don't answer you then I'll understand. I have seen people complaining for silly things. Also don't ask unreasonable questions like why should I pay this much etc etc., you paid 2.3-2.4 lakhs and paying 2-3k isn't a lot for maintenance. Ask them about when is a good time to change your break pads, chain spokets, clutch plates and when to live your chain etc etc., know your bike well before complaining about it.
