★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad and poor service. I purchased activa 5g from them and when came back to home the handle lock of activa was not working. Next day after purchasing I went to their showroom. No body was listening my complaint about the handle problem of new activa. They only said it's a common problem now you have to manage we can't do anything. Please dont buy any two wheeler from them. It's my biggest mistake that i purchased activa from their showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience. The staff is not at all cooperative and customer service is bad. They were not at all providing necessary information and when i complain about this to the manager he was busy in his own world talking on the phone. They made me seat there for 2 straight hours and still my work was not done . They were very sweet at the time when i was buying scooty but after that they just don’t care who the hell are you. They will make you feel like you are a ghost that is not existent in the showroom, they will not listen to your problem or complain and not ready to help you. I advice all reading the reviews don’t buy from this showroom the employees attitude is way too much. Customer satisfaction is not at all a priority for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened not to buy Honda Activa 6G not from them. There audacity was worth praising. A lady call me from this store and said “if you never wanted to buy Activa from us, then why did you call us”. Is this the kind of call that you make to your prospects.
It extremely shameful and pitying that how can such people be kept on Front End to attend customer. I make sure that I write about this incident at every Honda Dealer Page and to also mention the same at Honda Motorcycle India Limited also.
I bought Activa from a dealer other than you because they gave me a better price, they had better people, they had better customer focused solution recommendations. And I feel happy and contented buying from them.
Shameful.

I buy Activa 125 BS6 in 2019, their service is like they only kept daily use parts, but they never kept major parts like visor, Handel lock, petrol tank lock, Handel grip, mats etc., their excuse is server down, we don’t have plz check with other, if you can’t provide good service than don’t call use for servicing also…sales support only till sell the scooter to you, after it Tu Kaun Mein Kham Kha…..
