Firstly the entire process of buying the flat was made hassle free and all things were taken care of by them itsef.The property is located ideally and close to all facilities. The construction quality and maintenaince is great.Our 3bhk flat is spacious with good light and water and the plan of the falt is beautiful. We havent had any compalints.totally reliable construction company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartments is Good and good surroundings with all near by accessories are available.
Pros:
1. Its a A-Khata property with OC and CC approved.
2. With one acre ten guntas they have build 76 flats which is good because in that area we build 94 flats.
3. Rain Water harvesting, STP, 3 borewell
4. As per area they will get Cavery water asap.(Which most of them should think)
5. Spacious Ground car parking in which they left for planting and jogging track.
6. Biggest pros is ventilation is very good even in ground floor.(that most of the apartment won't have)
Concs:
1. Children play area is very small where only 3-4 children can play if more no. of children then they would be problem
2. No kids pool area, the entire pool area is lesser and also depth is only
4.5 ft.(For me its conc)
3. Construction quality looks ok for me, not upto the mark

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have gone to see the project for buying a flat for our Son. The project is fully completed and ready to move.
It is in a very good location at Akshay Nagar in Bangalore. Even though we liked the flat, we have to defer it for some time.
I would really recommend this apartment for those who plan to buy a flat.
