I requested home drop as my arm isn’t well today.
I was assured of that.
I called after an hour and was told my merchandise has already left the store. After waiting for 25 minutes I call them back and they tell me the merchandise is still in the store.
So I made the trip downstairs and as I still can’t carry my stuff and they can’t deliver it to me, I cancelled it and returned everything.
In their favour, the return process took faster than the check out does in that store.
No apologies for customer’s bad experience.
I buy from this place a lot of times and there a lot of good employees there who help you make your selection and ensure happy buying. So I was more disappointed than anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely avoid placing online orders with them. Took 4+hrs to deliver a total of 5 items within a distance of less than 1 km from their Paras Trinity store. Going to avoid this store for future. Local grocery stores have better services. Pathetic service
