We launched our ecommerce store Kunaic mart in the year 2020. It is a speciality store with fruits and vegetables as its USP. Offering best quality of fruits and veggies with a wide range of variety and that to at most reasonable prices is what we claim. Having more than 18 years of experience in this field the founders of Kunaic started their own brand, named ‘Kunaic mandi mart’ with a brick and mortar store in the year 2017 at Eros city square,sec-49,Gurgaon. Later in 2019, Kunaic came up with its second store at south point mall, gurgaon. Kunaic has now taken the initiative to start its online store with the name of “KUNAIC MART” along with the third store of Kunaic mart at C block Sushant lok-1. Ultimate goal of Kunaic is to provide the customers with the value they deserve.
Kunaic Mart aims at fulfilling the entire fruits, vegetables, grocery needs of a household everyday from (timings of delivery). To enable frequent and friction- less buying, Kunaic Mart has innovated flexi ordering from website and contactless delivery at customer doorstep.
Return & Refund We accept Returns for Goods under specified time mentioned below.Return Policy – Time Limits:
1. Perishable goods: Within 24 hours from the delivery date.
2. Other goods: Within 7 days from the delivery date.

What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking, and expired)?
We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.

What are the modes of refund? The amount will be refunded to you by your Mode of payment. In case of credit card payments we can also credit the money back to your credit card. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience am visit kunaic for listing our company products inchi and indi but unfortunately am meeting with legend rathi ji mental boy he have no idea how to talk in professional way he says every sales person told good about there company and talking with me rudly with out listening my offer that time a professional lady shopping there and she says to this mental boy do you know what are you saying if someone respect you so your responsibility respect others. Heart touching word this superb lady everyone life change wait wait wait one day is yours am feeling bad disrespected by mental boy but full of joy this sweet lady.am happy ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the quality of fruits and vegetables are really good, staff and their attitude is really a serious concern. Timing for store opening is at 6:30 but they open for public at 7:00. I am not sure if the management is aware of this or not. Even after 7:00 am they are never ready for the ease of operations. Sometimes, fresh arrivals are missing, sometimes the staff on billing desk. Very unprofessional attitude of the staff. I really think they need to be groomed properly to handle customers need properly. Most of them are taking their job for granted. I wish them luck if they maintain the same behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is wrt to vypar Kendra branch of Kunaic. They have issues with wrong billing. The qty sent has discrepancies. Delivery is never on time. we ordered many things mainly for eggs, followed up 2-3 times as it was reqd for breakfast..delivery came late and that too without egg which was billed to us as well. After payment we realised that eggs are missing.Very very poor management. Can't trust them blindly.. everything needs to be checked. Very disappointing..never order from vyapar Kendra Kunaic branch.
