★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office carries out only fitness checking (CF) for new and old vehicles under jurisdiction of Hooghly district. I am really surprised how government has chosen this place for CF... its like barren island... no facilities... very dusty due to current road construction of adjacent Delhi road and the site itself (located within a commercial parking site)...
Finally... have Rs. 10 bill as you have to pay it as fee parking for have your vehicle inspected...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service and procedure..after long waiting test starts around 3.30 pm..no space for waiting or amenities..it is in UTSA parking beside Indian oil petrol pump near Bighati more Delhi road, Baidyabati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will be asked to pay 30 Rs charge for parking fees for 2 Wheeler. We already pay service charge in Sarathi while booking a DL test slot. Pretty sure this is totally illegal and once the higher authorities get to know about it, they are done. Requesting everyone to mail the authorities of sarathi, parivahan and West Bengal transport office and bring this into their notice.
They don't even provide a seating arrangement for the people. They don't have a basic washroom. The conducting officer will come around 3.30 pm but the allotted time is from 1pm. There is nothing more to say.
