★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's HO, Decoration wise seems to corporate but work culture same other GOVTs offices, without tout no entertainment..no dedicated help desk.. In order to know Permit / Offer letter status either follow torn back dated unreadable paper pasted in Stair case.. Or submit ur original at counter before 10 and come approx 3-4 to know just status.. Despite of own website no information of case status shared.. Most of the time no or poor connectivity..daily wise several benificary run either and there for resolution..

STATE TRANSPORT AUTHORITY, West bengal.
Today afternoon I had board a bus from EXIDE MORE to Baksara(Jana gate) bus stop.
I was charged Rs 12.
Now I will give a mare calculation.
According to Fare chart that has been followed from 11/ 06 /2018.
Minimum fare is Rs 8.5 upto 6KM followed by RS .75 per KM per person.
Distance from Baksara Bus stop to EXIDE MORE is 8.5 KM
So according to it 8.5-6(Max distance
upto which Min. fare of Rs 8.5 is applicable) = 2.5 KM(extra distance)
2.5KM × 0.75 Rs/KM/Person =Rs1.875
So total Fare = Rs 8.5 + Rs 1.875= Rs 10.375 Which can be round of to Rs not NOT even Rs 11. Still buses has been Charging not Rs 11 but Rs 12!
Why should we have to face this?

1. Worst behavior of security department.
2. No toilet for lady customers.
3. Limited seating arrangement which is not enough for the huge amount of waiting customers.
N.B : must tell the security department how to behave with the customer.
