★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience is dreadful, horrible, and pathetic. There is no coordination amongst staff who takes appointment. Everytime they are late for taking blood samples. They don't understand customer service. Never have they kept their timings. They should shut their shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I visited this diagnostic center, have to wait for at least 1 hour to 1.5 hours even after taking an appointment well in advance.
The staff will always tells you to wait for 10 mins & you'll end up waiting more than 1 hour at least.
There is no fixed time for the arrival of a radiologist.
Limited staff. Only one person to answer the phone (which is ringing continuously). The same person coordinating with on-site patients & collecting samples.
If you're giving an appointment to patients then you must have to respect their time as well. No one is free or sitting idle for long waiting.
There is no improvement at all despite complaining about the poor service multiple times.
