★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not bother to response. I have called them for home collection and what they did just ask my address after 4 5 hours and that's it . No further callback or anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. I had booked blood tests 2 days in advance and had myself told them to take adequate care while taking the sample as the patient is corona positive. However on the sampling day they just leave an SMS that they won't be able to come. They had the audacity to not even make a call which was only done when I replied to their message. When I told them that a few blood tests are essential on day 8 of symptoms..and who wud take a last minute booking..they just delayed it still further saying we will see if we can send someone..and cancelled the call..no communication after that..Labs too shud have ethics ..which is totally lacking here..God bless you guys..!!
