★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad clinic, staff here and all lab of Micron metropolis are fraud, i had a very bad experience with these fraud labs.
My uncle was some foot swelling it was because of poisonous mosquito, we consult a doctor he asked some test and he was not knowing anything why was foot swelling.
We agreed to do the test which was 5 tests about blood and urine, after that results came every thing was normal only some shown too high so , the doctor ask to do another some more 7 to 8 test again about blood and urine then all results came normal, That Fraud Doctor called and asked me to bring the first report which showed some wrong and too be risky, then changed the first report with normal one and gave both report in my hand and said nothing to worry just give antibiotics and ok.
These Fraud Doctor and Micron metropolis labs are playing with peoples life, Authorities should take action against them.
Dr name - Dr.Ashish Gandhi near shree lodge panvel and micron lab is next to it.

Noones bothered how to talk to a patient .
They still think private aur sarkari ka farak hai!
Metropolis is there in public municipal hospitals also.. people come for metropolis because the tests results are unarguably correct.
It is not because private hai.
In fact municipal hospitals mein better rules follow hote hain
Log purane hote hain experienced hote hai
Here u have new people jinko experience bhi nahi hai and shayad jankari bhi nahi .
Find another place to get your tests done , maybe another metropolis centre .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY WORST...They dont have proper contact number. Usually patients will approach any lab or hospital. Being in healthcare industry they dont even have a common sense to make the people contact easily. Useless & worst Customer care.
I have booked my appointment by visiting personally but I didn't received any message or call of confirmation.
Is this the way to serve people? Ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had covid symptoms and was tested covid positive on 13th of April from another lab. CT value was 23. After 15 days of home quarantine, I decided to get myself tested from metropolis. I got the report the very next day. Again POSITIVE. the CT value also had decreased to 18. Surprised, on how after following strict quarantine and taking all medicines I tested positive, I decided to get myself tested again immediately from the lab from where I tested first. Received report... Negative.. CT value 37. After sharing this incident with few friends, they said know someone or they also had similar experiences from metropolis. Very pathetic and shocking to see a well known lab trying to make money during this situation. Will never enter this lab again.. no matter what. Not giving trustworthy reports.
