★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shockingly bad! The number given is wrong. Its of a private citizen, or so he says. Could even be an employee shirking work. He says he has asked for the number to be corrected but his application is pending!! Meanwhile tax paying citizens keep trying to reach the Horticulture department to request them to prune trees on the road near their residence which have overgrown and are falling on electric poles, to no avail, as they are unable to reach the number. Imagine a government department posting a wrong contact number on their website!! Is it indifference, callousness or just plain inefficiency?
