★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel 99 Residency is just ok to stay if you dont get rooms nearby.. the building is too old and lift facility is not there.. hot water wont come properly.. no proper lighting in the corridors.. food is not provided in the hotel. I recommend you to get into it if you dont have any other options...

I booked three rooms of the hotel from 25th December 2018 to 30th December 2018. One Asim Mallik of South 24 Pgs booked three rooms (one three beded and two double beded ) taking Rs 20000 as advance in his account.
During material time we have been offered two small dirty rooms and one hall which is badly damaged . We also found rats are moving frequently inside this hall.
Accordingly, we contacted both with Asim Mallik & hotel owner NageswarRao. Though Asim Mallik expessed a lot of sorrows,did not take any positive step to change the rooms.
The owner Nageswar Rao misbehaved with us and said that,he may give us three rooms for only two days in another hotel but will not take any further responsibility.He also added that ,there is no question of refunding. Due to acute scarcity of rooms we were unable to leave the hotel. On repeated request they changed the room with RATS and gave a small and dirty one. The pillow,bed sheet,racks all are dirty and they did not bother to change these in due time.
The receptionist also misbehaved my wife while she asked them to change the pillow cover,bed sheet in proper time and to clean the room in due time. All three rooms are dirty,suffocating . The owner NAGESWAR is VERY RUDE behaving person. NOT A PROPER PLACE TO STAY WITH FAMILY FOR GENTLEMEN.

It Is very close to the #Omni hospital & #Seven Hills hospital
Rooms are cleaned.
Hot water not available.
There is no arrangement to hang clothes in the room.
Rest of these things everything things is ok
