★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice guest house , one of the best in Vizag . Clean room, clean bathroom. Mineral water facility and car parking available. Hotel management are very good and co-operative. you can choose this hotel without any confusion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay for long time.. it's just walkable distance from beach.. this place doesn't have food option but can be ordered from nearby restaurants either through staff or online.. not a great option for family unless looking for budget stay..

But there is a very bad smell coming from behind the hotel during your entry.
Hotel staff are very good and helpful in nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guest house is near to the beach, that is the only best part. Otherwise, the stay was average. The room was spacious for 2 people with sufficient cupboards for storage. They provide only single beds, so for my double room, there were 2 individual single beds. The bathroom was average, not so well or not so bad, actually, the toilet flush was not working, the bathroom had a geyser though. Also, the room was having an unusual smell maybe because the building is very old. The hotel staffs were supportive and helpful. There is no in-house restaurant nor any kitchen facility, so need to either order from zomato/swiggy or go outside to have food, although there is no such restaurant too available nearby except some cafes and bakeries. Overall, the guest house should have been better (at least with bathroom and bed type) as per the price charged. The stay is average, if you are going as a tourist and will be spending most time of the day outside.
